Liat has been teaching movement awareness for over 20 years. A Yoga Alliance-certified teacher since 2011, she also earned her pregnancy yoga certification through the Wingate Institute in Netanya in 2015. Throughout her classes, she weaves together an extensive, lifelong study of Gyrotonic, belly dance, modern dance, meditation, trigger point therapy, mudras, breath and music. Recently, she has integrated her ongoing studies in sound therapy, incorporating tuning forks into her practice to facilitate deeper states of relaxation and grounding.
