Camille is a movement teacher and osteopath. She grew up in France, began practicing yoga in the USA in 2010, and completed her 300-hour teacher training in Berlin in 2016. As a teacher, she aims to help you find space in your body and improve your mobility while connecting movement and breath - balancing attention to alignment with letting go of unnecessary expectations and tension. In an increasingly fast-paced, hyperconnected world, she invites you into a space where autopilot is off, curiosity guides you, and you can develop a felt sense of your own movement
