During our Dynamic Vinyasa practice, you'll begin with mindful breathing and gentle mobilization of the body to prepare for more dynamic movements ahead. Flow through invigorating sun salutations and transition seamlessly into more challenging poses while synchronizing your movements with your breath. This practice will be thoughtfully balanced with restorative poses and meditation. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day holds. 🧘‍♂️
