Over five weeks, you move with the same group in a steady rhythm that allows you to arrive, settle, and stay with the work. This format is designed for those who are new, or for anyone who wants to return to the fundamentals with more attention and depth.
We focus on the principles behind each movement. Alignment, control, breath, and flow. You learn how to set up, how to transition, and how to move with intention rather than momentum.
Each session builds on the last, creating continuity and a quiet sense of progress. With time, movements become more familiar, more precise, and more your own.
The small group allows for individual guidance and refined corrections, while maintaining the integrity of the class as a whole.
