RnB Yoga & Recovery – DAY RETREAT at Session Labs, Maxvorstadt Munich

Treat yourself to an afternoon just for you – or together with your friends – and enjoy a soothing combination of RnB Yoga, deep relaxation, and healthy snacks & drinks.

The day begins with a Vinyasa Yoga session set to my favorite tracks by Cleo Sol, Frank Ocean & H.E.R. Afterwards, a guided meditation will lead you into deep relaxation so you can fully recharge.

Following the yoga session, Alchemist Food Club®️ invites you to a Detox Herbal Shot. Founder Mariana Schmitz will introduce herself and her brand, sharing her passion for nutrient-rich cuisine and healthy treats – including her popular raw cakes.

After that, the Recovery Space opens – a sanctuary of relaxation: Finnish sauna, infrared cabins, and two cold plunge pools provide deep regeneration. You’ll also enjoy high-quality sheet masks, healthy snacks, and drinks – all included.
