10 Hour Katonah Yoga® & Philosophy Immersion

This immersion combines intelligent movement with accessible study of classical yogic philosophy. Expect dynamic physical practice, hands-on adjustments, posture labs, restorative setups, and teachings from the Yoga Sūtras, Bhagavad Gītā, and Upaniṣads.

Katonah Yoga® is a geometric, metaphor-rich system drawing from multiple lineages including Iyengar Yoga and Taoist theory. It offers a well-articulated framework for organizing the body, orienting the mind, and inhabiting postures with greater awareness.

Open to all. This training offers 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs and 5 hours bankable toward a Katonah Yoga® certification.
