15-hours Hands on & Thai Nuad Yoga Training

Deepen your skills as a yoga teacher with this 15-hour training focused on hands-on assists and Nuad Thai Yoga techniques. Learn how to support your students safely and effectively, enhancing their practice through mindful touch, body mechanics, and energetic awareness.

• Principles of Assisting – When, why, and how to offer hands-on adjustments
• The Art of Touch – Developing confidence, intuition, and sensitivity in assists
• Thai Yoga Basics – Fundamentals of Nuad Thai bodywork to complement yoga assists
• Body Mechanics & Alignment – Safe and effective adjustments for different body types
• Creating Connection – How to assist with presence, breath, and intention
• Standing Postures – Tadasana, Warrior Poses, Forward Folds
• Seated Postures – Paschimottanasana, Janu Sirsasana, Twists
• Hip Openers – Pigeon Pose, Baddha Konasana
• Backbends – Cobra, Bridge, Wheel
• Inversions – Shoulderstand, Headstand, Downward Dog
• Savasana & Relaxation Techniques – Gentle releases, Nuad Thai stretches

This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to refine their hands-on skills and integrate elements of Thai Yoga bodywork into their teaching. You will leave feeling confident in assisting safely and effectively while holding space for your students’ transformation. This training is certified by the Yoga Alliance and counts as 15H continuing education.
