ELEMENTAL BODY ( Metal ) w/ Alexa

Alexa ( who is the creator of STUDIO MOND ) is interested in yoga not only as a physical practice but in everything that comes with it — philosophy, chanting, breath, sound, and the quieter, more subtle parts. In her classes, you might hear the harmonium, explore a piece of yogic wisdom, move through a strong and steady asana practice, or be guided into moments of stillness. Over the years, she has completed more than 1000 hours of training across different yoga traditions. While she continues to explore many approaches to the practice, Jivamukti Yoga and Yin are the methods where she feels most at home. At the heart of her teaching is the wish to create a space where people can experience themselves more fully. Her classes invite students to explore the practice with presence, curiosity, and a sense of joy.
