SHAKE THE DUST | STUDIO SIX x Lara

STUDIO SIX is hosting something a little different. 

Lara will guide us through a challenging yet wholesome SHAKE THE DUST class. Shake the Dust is a somatic movement experience that combines muscle activation with intentional rest, guided by great music and a sense of community. 

Lara builds holistic classes based on intuitive movement. Her goal is to help you push your personal boundaries without comparing yourself to others.

You'll move through a mixture of dancing, jumping and muscle activation before settling into deep rest positions. The practice is rooted in flow state: no choreography, no performance; just your body, the music, and whatever is present for you in that moment. This is a space to let go, tune in and let your body guide you.

Afterwards we'll gather in our community area for croissants & iced lattes to wind down together. 🥐 🧊☕
