Day Retreat: Pilates, Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath (different location)

We begin at 10:00 AM with a grounding Mat Pilates class designed to awaken your body and gently stimulate your lymphatic system. After moving and grounding, enjoy a 30-minute individual silent walk—a mindful transition to clear your mind and prepare your heart for the ceremony ahead.

We will then gather for a Cacao Ceremony, followed by a 30-minute guided meditation to open and soften your inner space. To deepen the experience, you’ll be immersed in a Sound Bath, allowing vibrations to wash over you and invite profound relaxation by Olivia.

We close with an optional sharing circle, where you’re welcome to express any reflections or simply rest in silence.
