Join us for a morning dedicated to the heart centre (Anahata), exploring the qualities of openness, compassion and connection.

We'll begin with a dynamic yoga practice, creating space to move, breathe and connect with ourselves. Afterwards, we'll slow things down with a little creativity: arranging your own bouquet of flowers to take home 💐

A morning to move, create and connect. A little reminder that love takes many forms, including the way we show up for ourselves and others.

Light refreshments will be served. Coffee and matcha will be available to purchase separately.
