Join us on this amazing day, where Budokoneros, Yogis, Movers, & all those who are just full of love and passion for this movement meet!
Let's connect, let's share & cherish the time to get to know each other, and become part of our open-minded community! We want to offer this space to all of you to connect a bit deeper with other members of the community, maybe just a quick chat, and some laughs, and just have a space to open and enjoy some quality time. Time to share!!!
We'll start with Winnie's delicious Power Shots to spice ourselves up, and then she'll will be Guiding us through our secret Budokon Yoga Secondary Series.This is the advanced course, building on the beginner course. Prior Budokon experience is an advantage.
The secret second series—like the first series—consists of 7 sections, each made up of 7 individual sequences that can be combined into a complete choreography. Those who know the first series and enjoy a challenge can look forward to this: in the second series, we take the level of difficulty up another notch. The individual sections include backbends, warrior transitions, arm balances, and animal movements. Budokon Yoga is characterized by fluid movements and powerful transitions, offering a creative blend of martial arts and yoga.
***This Event is Potluck Based***
For the Potluck, each attendee contributes with their special often homemade (not a must), dish of food to be shared. You may bring your favorite!
After the class, we will start our festivity!!!
We will provide a Fruit Punch & some snackies, you may also bring your type of drink.
We will be so happy to see you in Seiza joining the Budokon Community!

Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
In case of Late Cancellation and/or No Show, the following applies:
For Cardholders:
- The class will be reduced from your Block Card.
For Members/Egym Wellpass/Hansefit bookers:
- If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €10 late cancellation fee.
- If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €13 no-show fee.
- If you have a Membership with us, for No Shows & Late Cancellations, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 5€
All will be sent and charged via Invoice.
If you know you won't be able to attend, please cancel your class through the eversports app, note that other people might be waiting for that space.
