Andrea has over 20 years experience of practicing and teaching yin yoga . She is one of the UK’s leading teacher in sequencing and creative use of props.

The session will dive into the practices of - 

✨Recharging - Breathwork , mindful meditation , energy pick ups

✨Resetting - an asana sequence to align the body / spine from stress and fatigue , journalling in the shapes 

✨Resting - exploring stillness , time for pausing, relaxing 

Suitable for all levels but some experience of yin / restoratives can be helpful .
