In ihren Stunden ist ihr wichtig, Raum für die eigene Entfaltung, Zeit für echte Entsapnnung und Techniken zur Selbstregulierung mit Freude und verständlich zu vermitteln. Vor 2 Jahren hat sie zum Klang und der Mantra Praxis gefunden und vermittelt dir in Sound Healings ihre Passion für Entspannung, Musik und Erdung. (EN) Coco is a joyful and energetic yogi who has found her grounding, love of movement, and spirituality through yoga. She wants to convey all of this to you in her classes and create a space for relaxation, being, and beneficial movement! In her classes, it is important to her to provide space for personal development, time for genuine relaxation, and to teach self-regulation techniques in a joyful and understandable way. Two years ago, she discovered sound and mantra practice and shares her passion for relaxation, music, and grounding with you in Sound Healings.
