Hey Loves,

This warm-up Video focusses a bit more on our upper Body. Of course well get the entire body nice and warm, but this one is perfect, if we want to train something afterwards, that is a more intense for our shoulders. Of course for certain tricks, we will still need to prepare our body more by doing skill & trick specific exercises, if you you are unsure if your body is prepared enough for a trick, send me a message and we will take a look at it together. ;-)

For this Video you will need a looped and a normal resistance Band - Enjoy this warm-up and have a wonderful Training afterwards!
