Over de les

Robert starts off with strengthening of the arms and legs and some explanation about how to place your hands in f.i. bakasana or chatooranga. Influencing the guts with kapalabhati, agni Sara and twisting. A lot of (sometimes challenging) standing poses to open up the hips. After hips are openend and arms strengthened its time work towards a headstand. Last pose in this class is a supported shoulder stand. The end of the video is when Robert says he's going to savasana. You need to do that one on your own because video ends after these words (because of privacy reasons).
