Over de les
Robert starts of with some things for shoulders and neck, requested before recording started. In this class a lot of twists, strengthening upper quadriceps and working on forward bending. A forward bend is not about straightening the knee, but about bending the pelvis toward the thigh. You turn on muscles between the thigh and pelvis, so quadriceps has to turn on. Training fingers and how to build up your asanas towards headstand. Also some explanation about our fascia and about radiation and its effects on our body.(There's a little cut in the replay because of an empty battery on Roberts side in that part)
