Over de les
An unusual class in which Robert starts off with slow breathing accompanied by moving the hand up and down and learning to feel the subtle energies in pranayama. Another pranayama done is nadi sodhana, and Robert explains some more about why and when to work on opening of the different sides of the nostrils and how to do it. Breathing through both sides of the nose evenly will help you to go into a deeper state of meditation more easily.
From Kapalabhati moving into exercises to strengthening pelvic floor and it’s effects on the root chakra, sacral chakra and third chakra as also on the internal organs.
Robert gives highly interesting information about inflammation in the urinate tract and bladder and about reducing inflammation in the guts.
Inflammation in the guts creates auto-immuun diseases, and to know how to reduce and solve it is important to know.
Robert also talks about cancer and after that some names where to look at for good information to reduce the inflammation in the guts with your diet and lifestyle.
