Over de les
This class covers legs, spine and arms. Starting off with an exploration of how cyclic twisting can help you stimulate the flow of prana along the fascial lines in your body. After that we practice Kapalabhati and Agni Saradhoti to clean the lungs and support intestines.
From there we take Downward Facing Dog as a reference pose and explore various asanas to consciously strengthen specific muscles in shoulders and thighs and create a sense of relaxation by releasing fascia. Meanwhile Robert explains about the importance of correct and precise alignment for creating the ability to take prana in.
The class end with a very nice relaxation.
