Over de les

In this 31-minute video, we focus on targeted Pilates exercises designed to strengthen and improve the mobility of the feet. Using simple props like a small tea towel, pen, paper, thick book or yoga block, and an optional elastic band, these exercises help build a solid foundation for better foot health. Strong, mobile feet are crucial for supporting the knees, hips, and spine, allowing for better overall alignment and reducing the risk of injury. As we work through the movements, you'll also experience a sense of joy and release, reconnecting with your body and improving overall balance and coordination.

Note: Make sure you’re feeling good, injury-free, and cleared by a doctor before starting this workout. Always listen to your body, work at your own level, and use modifications as needed- or skip moves entirely if they don't feel right for you— your safety comes first!

Over de docent

I am a Fully Certified Classical Pilates instructor and the owner of Pilates School of Movement. I am also an Arts & Literature Major, and a fully committed adventurer. I discovered Pilates as a consequence of my migraines in my teens, and as days passed by I fell in love with how it made me feel. I was stronger, more flexible, and especially, more connected. I could enjoy my other passions and life more. There is a beautiful consequence to this: when one person feels good, they smile to the world. I became a Pilates instructor because I had a mission: teaching so people could feel better, healthier, and in an amazing mood. I’ve been lucky to study with the best (including Elders like Jay Grimes, Lolita San Miguel, and Mary Bowen), and I feel inspired to share what I’ve learned in this bright, open and welcoming space.
