This class is suitable for those who have prior ballet experience and are practising at an intermediate to professional level.

This is a 40 minute on-demand, Ballet Barre video class with Casey Herd. (Please note: this video class is also available within a Ballet bundle)

You will have unlimited access to this video via your account for 10 days after the date of purchase.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

Casey teaches Ballet, Pointe, ZhemFit and Stretching classes. “There is a wonderful sense of community at Zhembrovskyy Studio.
