    Die Firma "Pole Soul" betreibt derzeit 2 Pole Dance Studios, eines in Eisenstadt und das andere in Wien 10. Unsere Studios sind modern eingerichtet, hell und sauber und verfügen über viel Raum für deine Bewegungen. Beide Studios sind nach außen vor zu neugierigen Blicken gut geschützt.

    Neben klassischem Pole Dance Unterricht bieten wir dir ein abwechslungsreiches Kursprogramm. Bei uns lernst auch du Chair Dance, High Heels, Exotic, Twerking, Burlesque u.v.m.!

    Unser Team unter der Leitung von Dora vermittelt den wunderschönen Sport "Pole Dance" Beginnern und bieten Pole-Begeisterten die Möglichkeit, Fitness mit Musik, Ästhetik und Spaß zu verbinden. Hinter all dem steht unser großes Ziel, unseren Schülerinnen mehr Selbstbewusstsein zu geben und ihre weibliche Energie neu zu entdecken.

    Egal wie alt du bist, ob du schlank bist oder Rundungen hast, ob du fit bist oder fit sein willst und welcher Herkunft du bist… Wir „Polerinas“ sind eine große Familie, und wir freuen uns, dass du ein Teil von uns werden möchtest.

    Unser Gemeinschaftsgefühl stärken wir mit Events wie Winter- oder Sommerfesten in den Studios, zu denen auch eure Familien und Freunde herzlich eingeladen sind. Am Sport interessierte Männer sind grundsätzlich willkommen.

    Pole Dance ist wie ein Überraschungsei und bietet Dir gleich 3 großartige Features in einem: Fitness, Körpergefühl & Selbstbewusstsein! Wenn du einen Sport suchst, der wirklich Spaß macht, der coole Musik mit einem ganzheitlichen Muskeltraining verbindet, bist du bei uns richtig. Was uns besonders macht? Wir legen unseren Schwerpunkt (neben all der Professionalität und dem Training) auf eine familiäre Atmosphäre, in der du dich absolut wohlfühlen kannst und geschützt bist. Unsere Schülerinnen helfen und unterstützen sich gegenseitig. Wir achten und respektieren einander. Wir helfen dir dein Selbstbewusstsein zu steigern und dir deiner weiblichen Energie noch bewusster zu werden.
    Zu Beginn der Einheit wird barfuß bzw. mit Sportsocken in normaler Sportkleidung (lange Hose, Shirt) getanzt. Für die akrobatischeren Elemente (Climbings, Poletricks, etc.) ist es allerdings wichtig, sich mit den Beinen an der Stange festzuhalten. Deshalb musst du auf jeden Fall auch eine kurze Hose mitbringen. Gerne können zum Abschluss der Einheit die erlernten Elemente mit High Heels getanzt werden – jeder so, wie er mag. Zudem sollte auf das Tragen von Schmuck (Ketten, Ringe) während des Trainings verzichtet werden, da die Stange sonst beschädigt wird bzw. auch du dich verletzen könntest. Zum Aufwärmen brauchst du ein Liegehandtuch, das du auf unsere Trainingsmatten legst.
    Bitte schreibe deiner Trainerin eine Whats App Nachricht. Deine Trainerin wird dir Termine vorschlagen, an denen du deine verpasste Einheit nachholen kannst! Wenn du keine Whats App hast, ruf uns an unter 0664 / 533 5139.
    Bitte nimm immer ein großes Handtuch in den Unterricht mit. Ansonsten haben alles da, was du brauchst!
